1. Timeframe for returns

Return requests are accepted within 03 days from the date of delivery, afterwards we will not take return requests.
To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in its original condition, healthy, and unaltered. We cannot accept returns of plants that have been damaged, overwatered, or under-cared for.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order plants.
Plants that have been re-potted or otherwise altered.
Plants showing signs of neglect, such as wilting or pest infestation.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@haridukaan.com with your order number and a photo of the plant in its current condition.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the plant.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned plant and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 8-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for plants. If you wish to exchange your plant, please return it according to the process above and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the plant arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
